Comment	My name is Lisa and I have come a long way since graduating from Leeds University three years ago with a degree in Human Resources Management. Since then I have amassed an unbelievable amount of unique and interesting experiences that have helped to shape and develop my career path as well as myself on an individual level. I now work for a producer of commercial catering equipment based in the West Midlands by the name of Magrini. After a short period working as a Junior HR Trainee at a local furniture company, I found myself fortunate enough to land a role at a much larger company with the level of training, development and progression that I was seeking from a more long term job opportunity. In the 2 and a bit years that I have been working in HR at Magrini, I have encounter a lot of different experiences that have allowed me to experience a tremendous amount of development. Some experiences have been good and some have been not so good but this is the type of experience that I feel is vital when looking for a career path in a HR environment. You are going to encounter potentially upsetting scenarios just by the very nature of the work, so doing so at any early stage of my development I feel will be beneficial for me. After all, bad experiences make for good experience! Going forward, I am looking forward to continuing my progression and development within the role at Magrini. In order to further enhance my learning of the role, I am eager to seek out resources online that allow me to grow further and pick up interesting tips and new knowledge and understanding around the role.
