• Any STFC Visitor who has a federal account and would like to connect to the network using his own device (i.e. laptop) needs to fill this form and bring it to us:Request_for_Access_to_STFC_IT_Resources.docx
• Before either a Windows, Unix or email accounts can be setup, the new starter has to be entered into the CDR (Corporate database repository). Please ask your division secretary to do this. Then your division secretary needs to complete the following PPDITreqs.doc form.
