Simple notes for Vidyo setup in a conference room:
---++ In the conference room:

Box on wall: Wake up as &lsquo;Video Conference'
---+++ On &lsquo;round thing' on desk:

Dial (type in) the CERN gateway number: 137.138.248.204 then press this button:

You will then have to type in the &lsquo;Room extension number' and possibly the rooms &lsquo;pin' code

NB: The following is for the PPUAC meeting in April 2013. You are asked to follow the room extension number with the pound sign - this is in fact the &lsquo;#'!
