The PPD Linux cluster currently has 9 front end user interfaces, two general, five experiment and two test:

The DNS alias linux.pp.rl.ac.uk points to the current production general front ends (currently heplnx101-104 and heplnx109-110).

The SL5 service is deprecated and will be shutdown at some point.
