Book an extra 30-60 minutes either side if necessary * Verify the job has been done as required * Now we contact Networks to ask them to configure a port for your meeting.
* During Meeting
* Start the video conferencing system using the box or remote controls, as appropriate * Set up the conferencing sound system if necessary * Make sure your laptop is connected to the PPD LAN Network (It should be fine if you are using the port which was configured for you, otherwise you will have to VPN to PPD LAN) * Connect the laptop to the video conferencing system via the VGA port * Run all cables through the rubber strips to placate the H&S teams * If you are using H.323 video conferencing equipment, you need to set the following options * In EVO go to Configuration > Videoconference Client and select EVO.H.323 * Set the Gatekeeper address to <conference room telephone number>@130.246.239.61 i.e. 5486@130.246.239.61 for the PPD Norton Room * See the table above for more room details, included wall port sugestions * In some rooms, connections through EVO are patchy. Set the BANDWIDTH to maximum in the H.323 configuration settings. When connecting to the meeting in EVO, there should be an audible ringing in the room from the sound system. If you do not hear this, check your EVO settings.

Some rooms have a large red 'on air' lamp at the front or side, indicating the video systems is active.
